Additionally, at our Winter Symposium a very special opportunity will
be available. Our esteemed NATS-LA Emeritus Member, John Glen
Paton, has written to me making the most gracious offer:
(Dear Victoria)
I'm ready to thin out my shelves of books on singing (some of which I have
actually read!). Some books are recent, some old, some classics. Some
helped me to be a better teacher. Except for those given to me, I generally
paid between $10 and $50 for each one.
I am willing to offer at least fifty books from my collection to be sold by
NATS at the Symposium. To make this a healthy fund-raiser for NATS, I
would suggest that books be sold for $10 each. Books that are not sold I
will take back at the end of the day.
(from John Glen Paton)
An amazing offer from an amazing person! The event begins at 9:30!
